I think Norma Rae passes the Bechdel test because it's a very feminist movie. Norma (played by Sally Field) often talks to her mother and friends who she works with in the factory about things other than men, like "I got the cramps real bad" and workers' rights. Very passionate, inspiring movie set in the American south, and I was very surprised not to find it on the list already.
