This is incorrect.
The film passes, albeit very thinly.
None of the main female characters with name talk, but Giulia does talk briefly with Signora Marsigliese three times:
First she knocks on her door to deliver fish, greets her in Italian and calls her by name and asks for her money. Signora Marigliese awkwardly thanks her.
Later, she tells Signora Marsigliese to hurry up and get to the rules of the race, to which Marigliese responds that she likes her enthusiasm.
Then, she signs up for the race and Signora Marsigliese greets her and asks her if it'll just be her again this year, but Giulia says no and steps aside to reveal Luca and Alberto.
At the end, Daniela also talks with her mother, Grandma Paguro. She's shocked that her mom is on land and her mother responds that she comes to town most weekends.

The mother (Daniela Paguro) and grandmother (Grandma Paguro) talk to each other. Additionally, Giulia talks to the woman who runs the triathlon (Mrs. Marsigliese).

About 35 minutes in, Giuliano delivers fish Sra. Marsigliese and collects payment. The exchange is in Italian, but it is there and is not about a man.
There are several other points in the film where two named women speak to each other, but they are usually talking about Luka.
