Miraculously, every SAW film to date passes the Bechdel (tho there are some edge cases and credits-dels across the current nonology/ennead), and every SAW film to date features a lot of cops getting what's coming to them. Happy to report that "Spiral: From the Book of SAW" is no different!
Admittedly, we're better at finding the Bechdels than predicting the twists, but hey, you've come to BechdelTest dot com, not SpoilSawForMe dot com, what can I say?
You're looking for the 'del at 22 minutes in when Chris Rock (Zeke Banks) visits the newly widowed Kara Boswick to talk about how her lying cop-husband's tongue was ripped out in a subway trap. Chris Rock's wife is already there with her. The conversation goes like this:
Kara (to Chris Rock): "I don't understand, how did it happen?"
Woman (reads the subtitles): "Kara, your mother's on the phone."
Kara: "Yeah, okay." (Is it a 'del?? What's "Woman"'s name??)
Woman(to Chris Rock, they're going through a divorce, it's a whole thing): "Zeke."
Zeke: "Lisa." (She does have a name! She does, she does!! VERY well-timed dialogue!)
And that's another SAW'del for the books! May we be lucky enough to see each other again for SAW X
