There’s few more women with comparably extensive dialogues, like the ( in the end credits named ) ‘woman in the torture room’
But regardless if you’d count her as ‘named woman’ she doesn’t converse with other women,
Nor does Barb or Emily , Barb speaks to Emily but Emily doesn’t respond 1/3
