Dr. Ruth Leabit (Kate Reid) have a two-sentence "conversation" with her assistant Bess. Bess is not on the credits list, but her name is said. The doctor has another conversation when she is asked by another female character to remove her glasses, but she is not named.
There's also Karen Anson (Paula Kelly), but they do not speak to each other.
I'd say it is a technical pass, but depending of your own criteria of what a conversation is it may not pass.
