Alongside the main female role, Kit, there is a second female, but I'm not sure she's "named" - we hear her referred to as "Mother Lyle" by her son, Eric Lyle, but no first name is ever given. The woman named as "Miss Ferry" in the credits must be the US Embassy official, but she is not named in the film.
