There is nothing dubious about this rating. There are many conversations featuring Rebecca (main character) talking to other women, and few of them are about a man.
She talks to her roommate about finances and shopping repeatedly, she talks to her mother, she talks to other women in the shoppers anonymous group about shopping and later addiction, she talks to the model and the fashion magazine owner about fashion and a job, etc. etc.

Yeah, this rating is crap. There was even a scene meant to show how she cared more about shopping then men. There were so many scenes where she talked to women, not about men.

I agree with the change of rating.

1- There are several conversations between the main character, Rebecca Bloomwood and her friend Suze about debt, shopping and managing one's own finances.

2- Jane and Becky speak about spending money to build your dreams instead of saving it all for your retirement which will arrive or not.

3- The Shopaholics Anonymous meeting drones on and on about using cards to shop. There are some men speaking as well, which in this case it's quite original: not only women like consumerism.

4- Rebecca and Alicia Billington speak about Rebecca's soon-to-be-torn dress at the party.

5- Becky impresses Alette Naylor with her fashion sense and knowledge of couture brands.

6- Miss Korch pushes Becky to donate the things she's just bought.

7- The shop assistant and the wheelchair volunteer speak about the quality of the dresses that Becky has just donated.

8- The TV host speaks mainly to Becky about how boring usually financial news is; although Luke is also present there, he remains aside.

9- Alette offers Becky the job of her dreams, but then they start speaking about credit cards and debt and Becky finally turns it own.

10- Miss Ptaszinski, the secretary I can't remember her name and the girl in the phone about the auction for the green scarf.
