I'm pretty sure the only time that women interact in this movie is a split-second shot of two women making out in a hallway that the main character stops to watch.

In "scene 6" going by the scene selection menu on the dvd, Reiko and Neela have a brief argument about the ECU mapping on Neela's car.
Neela and Reiko are both women
They talk to each other
They talk about something that is not a man
The extended criterion that both female characters be named may or may not be passed, as I'm not certain whether or not Reiko is mentioned by name in the final cut of the film. She does canonically have a name, but one could argue that she is not "named" in dialog, if in fact she is not.
