Bechdel Test Movie List

This movie--which I co-wrote, co-produced and play lead actress in--is. about a female combat veteran's return home to civilian life. It feminizes the warrior archetype--and serves as one of very few films which represents one of the fastest segments of our veteran population--the female one. And it meets all the bechdel test criteria. The lead character, named Our Sergeant, has one of her most significant scenes with the other major female character--a camp director-- in the film, in which they talk about "Girl Marines" and how women are serving alongside men in the military, after doing. bunch of manual labor. Please give it a look; it was on Netflix and is now on Amazon Prime. We'd be honoured to have it added to the Bechdel List of films as it fully meets the criteria as well as represent san under-seen and under-served part of our population, the female veteran.
