Some conversations are focused on recruiting a young woman into her cult, others are aimed at a powerful young psychic who Rose sets her sights on destroying. The movie passes within the first few minutes, as Rose attempts to lure a female victim with a magic trick. As a non-villainous example, Abra's mother asks her if the girl's grandmother will survive her illness.
