I'd say about 80% of the dialogue in this film is between women, and almost none of it is about a man (no discussion of relationships at all; when a man is discussed it's because of his job). Absolutely sails through the Bechdel test. In fact, I'm not sure if there's any dialogue between two men at all, although there are plenty of male characters.

The strong characters in this movie are all women. Men were either absentee, fun to have sex with but otherwise useless, or nominally supportive but later found to be antagonistic. Despite Rose being a general mess and directionless, the women are the guiding forces and help her discover her worth.
