The film does have more than two women. They do talk to each other, but each time it is extremely brief. I believe the only time two women speak to each other its about a man. Or other wizard.

Vinda finds Queenie and asks her if she’s okay. Later, Queenie tells Vinda that she has to leave because Tina will be worried about her.

Queeni and the other French woman henchman talk in the street after her breakdown. It's short but I think it counts. They also talk in Grindlewalds new apartment.

There is one tiny scene where Queenie asks the receptionist of the ministry where she can find her sister, but it has the feel of being included just to pass this test

As it is already stated above, Queenie has several scenes where she talks to other women without any men being around.
If you want to count it, there is also a small scene in the flashback (Leta´s memory), when another girl talks about her, she curses her, Professor McGonagall runs after her... Also: No men around.
