The film is comprised of nearly all women. There are only three characters in the entier film they are men, and the only one of them that is somewhat of a main character is played by a women under heavy prosthetics. Through the 2:30 run time, I can only think of one conversation about a man. They are talking about how a doctor would be good to use as a witness, though this scene is dubious as the doctor is played bubbles Tilda Swinton, which is a women. There are one on one conversations between 3 different women and this doctor, but these conversations are about women. This film passes with high marks.

It's interesting of note this movie does not pass whatever the reverse of the Bechdel test would be -in reference to men- as the only time two or more men are on screen and talking to each other, they are either talking about the dance academy and its directors (which is fully comprised of women) or talking about Dr. Klemperer's long lost wife. This is not to imply this movie is anti-man or any hogwash like that, but it further serves as a highlight on how women-focused this movie is.
