In the film credits, almost all of the secondary characters and victims have generic role names (such as "hooker", "disco girl", etc.). There are two nurses (credited as "first nurse" and "second nurse") but in their dialog lines they mention their names: Pat & Kath. They talk about the maniac, some male patient but also about going out together. It passes.
