Even when two women have conversations in this film it’s STILL revolved around Nick, indirectly or not.

I agree with the rating. In the scene where they making the dumplings, the women discuss the family tradition of making dumplings. Rachel also discusses her mother with Eleanor. She also talks to Mrs. Goh about her home. When Peik Lin pulls the dress out of her trunk, Rachel is impressed that she has one. It's two or so lines of dialogue, but it counts. The women discuss the wedding venue, Eleanor tells Rachel she can't sit with them at the wedding. Rachel also talks to Princess Intan about her economics article.

There is plenty of dialogue, even if brief, that is not about men.

The female dialogue is about Nick. Please watch the movie and fix the rating.

I think the discussion between Rachel and her mom Kerry could count. Earlier in the movie when they discuss that although Rachel looks and speaks like she's Chinese, at heart and in her ideals, she's American. The conversation is sparked by discussing the male lead, so that could be a counter argument, but the current conversation does not include him. Later on, Rachel and her friend, Peik(?) talk about how large her house is, and reimniss about their college days, so if anything, that should pass the movie.

I agree, the conversation with her mom about her past would qualify. She talked to Amanda about being a professor.
I think because it's a romance it feels like everything is about him, but she is a solid individual.

The people disagreeing didn't pay attention.

The movie passes the test easily based on the conversation Rachel has with Princess Intan about her article on economics. There are other instances examples in addition to this.

Even in the scene with Rachel and Princess Intan, she asks Rachel “what brings you to Singapore?” and Rachel replies “I followed a boy...”
