THe whole film is about how they wanted to be the first FEMALE rock group EVER. I don't think there are any conversations about guys. Actually 99% is about the music, just as it should be!

@Alien Tea, Yes, BUT thats what made the film interesting. Joan ultimately railed against that in reality and even though the band's sleazy manager wanted them to appeal in a provocative way to men, ulimately they wanted to be equally or even perceived as stronger and tougher then men. And in those days that was a bold move.
