There are two named female characters, but they exist in different eras, so they never have any potential of conversation. Instead, the primary female character has most of her heart-to-heart talks with a gay hitman--and they're almost all about their relationships with men. Kudos for stepping outside the box by including gay lead, and portraying two women who try to take their future into their own hands though.
