Lots of female characters, many of whom talk about non-man-related things. The opening scene is two teenage girls (Becca and Katie) talking about the tape that kills you (as well as about Katie's boyfriend, but he's a very small part of the conversation), and in another scene Naomi Watts' character Rachel talks to one of the women from Moesko Island about Samara.

It's been a long time since I saw it, but I think it might be the only movie I can think of that fails the reverse Bechdel test while passing the forward version. (I don't think there are two named men who talk to each other in the film.) Could be wrong, but it's close.

Total pass, regarding if this passes the "reverse" test, well there is the scene between Aidan and Noah in the rain
