Jovie, Emily and Deb are named female characters however they do not have a conversation. Near the end, Jovie and Emily both sing Christmas Carols but they don't conversate with each other.

I don’t disagree with the rating but this is probably one of the rare movies that could be bechdel exempt? Given that the singing scene was thanks to two women which was essential to the movie. Then again, there were many opportunities for Jovie and Emilly to interact or even have a female elf talk to Buddy.
