A textbook example of a film that fails the Bechdel Test in the worst way (despite being a good film).
There are several named, female characters with important parts (one of whom is quite heroic) and they talk to each other frequently, but their conversations are literally about nothing other than the men in their lives.
Typical is the conversation Yvonne has with her dresser (Marie) at the beginning of the film. Over the course of several minutes, the topic moves between Yvonne's husband and her stalker. Although Yvonne is shown to be a famous actress with a very successful career, she talks about very little other than the men in her life.

Go figure.
