Several (real-life) female characters are named and make appearances, including Eleanor Strubing (the defendant), Buster Marshall (Thurgood’s wife) and Zora Neale Hurston, among others. They do not have any interactions; the closest we get is Buster and Hurston briefly being in the same scene.

There’s a scene in a synagogue in which two Jewish women—Stella Friedman and Rose Steinberg—talk about what’s going on. They’re specifically talking about Stella’s husband Sam, though, so this doesn’t pass the test.
