Ruth talks to her (female but unnamed) fetus about various things, including getting revenge on the people they hold responsible for their husband/father's death. One of them is a woman named Ella; Ruth gains access to her under the pretense of a job interview. Ruth also talks to her (unnamed) midwife in multiple scenes, as well as the mother of one of her victims (I don't recall her being named in the film, but IMDB refers to her as Jill).
