The MC is Officer Jessica Loren, a rookie cop assigned to a closed precinct on its last night. She kicks Marigold off the premises and also talks to her about the night the members of a murderous cult were brought in and killed themselves. She also talks to two women on the phone: Monica, who's being held captive by members of the cult, and her mother (unnamed and uncredited on IMDB), with whom she argues about her job.
