I believe there are three occasions when two women (partly) speak of something else besides a man, as part of the first scene Flora comments on the stunning, new silver fox that Ilona has, which Ilona thanks Flora for. Later on one occasion when Ilona and Klara talk about Klara getting off work early to get to her engagement in time (she doesn't actually tell Ilona that it's with a man, but it might be implied?), then they also talk about Klara's blouse. On another occasion Flora and Klara talk about Klara's present to her boyfriend and wish each other Merry Christmas. That's the three times when named women talk to each other that I could spot.
