Dana and Mrs. Jones say bye to each other in the morning. I don't think that counts, and all other conversations are about men.

There's plenty of women in the film and they all have rich personalities and most could be considered strong given that they have to tolerate a lot of crap, but interestingly none of them have a real conversation. "Hi" and "Bye" do not count. Its a movie about childish men starting to act more grown up and manhood in general, so it was unlikely to ever be feminist. There is a weak message about men treating women better as they mature themselves.

At the movie's beginning, Dana tells Mrs. Jones that her track slipped while she was sleeping and asked her if she has any track glue.
