It does have at least two women in it - Barry's wife, Lucy, and Jayma Mays' character Dana, but as far as I remember, they never talk to each other. According to IMDb, one of their daughters is named Christina, and I think Lucy and Christina talk to each other at some point but of course, they talk about Barry. Overall, I don't think it passes the Bechdel test.
