I don't believe that this film does pass the Bechdel test. The only females are the evil stepmother, Gizelle and Nancy. And I don't recall a time when they're not talking about Edward or Robert. Unless you've included Robert's daughter

I think it does pass, barely. One of the early, animated, scenes features Narissa (in disguise) talking to Giselle about making a wish. There are also minor interactions later between Nancy and Morgan (the daughter), Giselle and Nancy (about the shower), Giselle and Robert's secretary (an introduction) and Giselle and one of Robert's divorce clients (complimenting her eyes, although she is pointing them out to her husband).

Giselle and Robert's daughter have a conversation about shopping and that neither of them had a mother. It's a sweet moment and easily helps it pass the test.
