Forrest's mother and their servant Louise talk a few times, usually about Forrest, and Lieutenant Dan's acquaintances Carla and Lenore angrily berate Dan together as they storm out of his apartment. Jenny and her Savannah friend speak briefly near the end but the friend isn't named.

It might not pass the Bechdel-Test but this movie is far from sexist.

The movie is not sexist, (and it is also a great movie), but the writers directors and producers had something missing in their understanding of the world if they did not value female interaction enough to put any of it into such a sweeping movie about life.

Actually, it does pass but barely. Jenny talks to her son's babysitter Lynn Marie about her work schedule. At the anti-Vietnam War protest, Hilary also talks to Isabel about the vets (all male but they're talked about as a group rather than an individual man).

I agree with larisa5656. In one of the last scenes of the movie, Jenny and the babysitter Lynn Marie do have a quick exchange which is not about a man (or boy). It's small, but it's enough for a pass.

It doesn’t pass the test, there aren’t any meaningful conversations between women. But that doesn’t necessarily matter. The test isn’t a measure of sexism, just interactions. This film is narrated by Forrest, but it’s very much about Jenny too. It’s a lovely, very human film and it ends when her story ends.

I just had a conversation after this movie about whether or not it passes, and the only scene we could possibly justify was the babysitter scene- and we had to check if she was named. So yes, valleygirl and larisa5656 are correct.

This passes two of the three parts of the Bechdel test as Carla and Lenore are two named female characters who talk to each other.

Unfortunately they only talk about men (Forest or LR Dan) so it fails the third part of the Bechdel test. Jenny’s Babysitter isn’t actually named nor credited as Lynn Marie in the movie (Mary Ellen Trainor is missing from the end credits entirely) so her conversation about babysitting Forest with Jenny doesn’t pass the Bechdel test. She would need to have been named.
