There's a brief interaction between Countess Loren and Patricia Hunter in her room at night where The Countess mentions her beauty.
The second one is where Patricia talks to Peggy towards the end of the film about being the decoy bride to prove Patricia's case against Dr. Lorenz. They talk about the entire plan and never mention the Doctor by name or his involvement in it.
