The goddesses argue over Zeus' treatment of Perseus and Danae (in particular they discuss Zeus' seduction/rape of Danae in the form of a shower of gold); later the goddess Thetis curses Casseiopeia and her city for comparing her daughter's beauty to that of the goddesses. Still not exactly a plot driven by women, and in fact while Andromeda is determined to accompany Perseus on his adventure, he sneaks away in the middle of the night to leave her behind "for her own safety" .

3. About something besides a man: FAIL. The goddesses discuss Zeus, a man.
