There are 5 main characters, 3 women, a man, and one of the women's children who is a boy.
They talk about about the son quite often, but they also discuss themselves and their lives as well.

The film passes all 3 tests for sure (not dubious at all). There is an entire segment where the 3 main leads discuss menstruation among countless other conversations that don't all revolve around Jamie.
