Georgia Lorrison (Lana Turner) and her maid have a few words at the begining of the film. The maid is not credited, but named--although I couldn't catch her name. The conversatin is, in fact, a three person chat, being Jonathan Shields the third party involved. Not sure if it counts as a woman to woman conversation and, apart from that, the conversation is about Georgia taking the call from Mr. Shields. IMO not enough to pass.

There are a couple more of conversations between women, but always with a male character being also part of it. V.g. Lila (Elaine Stewart) talks to Georgia--although she doesn't talk back, and Mr. Shields is present and talking to both women. The same happens wen Rosemary Barthlow (Gloria Grahame) talks with Mrs. Rosser (Madge Blake). In this case is Mr. Barthlow the one present and, implicitly, he is the real target of his wife's comments.

As per IMDB, the role of Ida (the maid) was played by Marietta Canty (Rebel Without a Cause, Father of the Bride, Father's Little Dividend).
