Passes because of two very brief conversations in one scene. One conversation is between two named female surgeons; the other is between Beth and one of the surgeons. Both conversations are about Beth.
To judge how feminist friendly this movie is on the whole: the only two major female characters serve as love interests of the protagonist, and Remy's wife is arguably not even a major character. Female characters are usually absent from the action in the foreground, and when present are mainly in roles like prostitute, upset wife, etc. (though there is also a Repo woman and one of the TSA agents is female.)
