There was the one Scene with the telefon and there was the other scene where Rita was Interacting with Dana.

The conversation between Rita and Dana is very short, maybe two sentences. But not about a man. The interaction between MaryBeth and Justine is also very short. It has one sentence about a man and one that's not. I feel this is either a 1 (if these do not count as conversations) or a 3 (if it does). Also, while a male heavy film, the female characters were good.

If 'talk to each other' requires actual information input/exchange, then both Rita/Dana and Meredith/Justine cannot count, cos after all Dana only responded by 'Sorry' and Marybeth greeted with a 'Hello'. Plus I believe the subtext of Rita's words is asking Dana to stop interacting with Chris.
Nevertheless it's still comforting to see Rita as a female management staff, albeit turned out to be a scapegoat later; and Marybeth as an independent investigating agent. As for Dana, she merely supported for the character portrait of Chris, as a cliche damsel in distress.
