Bruno's mother talks with his sister, Gretel, a few times. At one point she chides her for getting too worked up over a game, and at another offers her lunch. The problem is, the mother is not given a name, so I'm not sure this passes.
Gretel does not speak to the housemaid, Maria, and the grandmother only speaks to the mother to criticise her for idolising her husband's Nazi uniform.

@Pastell The mother's name is Elsa, and yes, her name is used in the movie. Her husband, Ralf, addresses her by her name at least once, I believe.
