There are two named female xharacters: Alice (A. J. Langer) and Ruby (Kelly Jo Minter). They met near the end if the movie, and Ruby talks to Alice about her "mother".
Apart from Alice, there's another major female character, always mentioned as "Mommy" or "The Woman" in the credits (Wendy Robie). Alice and the Woman have a few conversations, ans so do have Ruby, but being with an unnamed character they shouldn't count.
It would be a shame that because of a technicality this movie don't pass the test. Fortunately, it does, due to the Alice-Ruby scene mentioned earlier.
