Realizing that none of the characters have names, and so the criteria that the women need to have names should probably be waved, I'm not sure this one should qualify. Aside from the virtually faceless female cannibals, only Charlize Theron has a speaking role.

There are a couple of other women than Charlize Theron who have speaking parts: the woman who was with the archer and one of the couple who talks to the boy. No one has names, but they're identified as "Archer's woman" and "Motherly woman" on imdb. Certainly women don't speak to each other at all.
