Matches all tests. The main character, Charlotte (Bette Davis) goes to a sanitarium, and over the course of the film goes from a shut-in at the edge of a nervous breakdown to a self-confident heiress with an adopted daughter. The women who talk are many; I'll only list Charlotte's examples.

Charlotte & mom
Charlotte & Tina
Charlotte & her sister
Charlotte & Dora Pickford
Charlotte & minor characters

Very little to none of this is about men.

Recently watched this film and it immediately struck me as unique for an old film that it both dealt with mental illness and passed the Bechdel Test. Quite a remarkable film. Bette Davis is outstanding.
