Nannerel, Mozart's older sister, was also a musical genius. She composes, sings, plays violin and harpsicord before the French court at Versailles, with support from her mother, Mrs. Van Eyck, a patroness of the arts, and unusual friendship with Louise de France, and two other sisters of the future king. Because Nannerel is almost 15, her father forces her to stop performing. Beautifully filmed at the Palace of Versailles and other historic locations, with good musical performances. Much of the film plot deviates from history.
