Most of the movie is about Gwen and her daughter Jules, with them talking about a large range of topics. In fact, I consider this movie extremely rare due to its focus on rich portrayals of women in a genre (science fiction) otherwise sadly lacking it.

Passes with flying colors, as Gwen interacts, not just with her daughter, but her cousin, Lily, as well as the women from the school and the female executive.
This is also one of the best movies my wife and I have seen in many months, if not years. The acting is absolutely superb. You cannot help but feel for Gwen and what she's going through, and yet the other characters that put her in this situation also have their sympathetic sides as well.
