2) Passes, Rennie & Colleen talk several times, as do Tamara & Eva talk
3) Passes, Rennie & Colleen talk about several things besides a man, such as what a talented student Rennie is and about how Rennie can't swim. Tamara & Eva briefly talk about something other then men, mainly about using cocaine.
As a side note, all the characters, including the men, are very much high-school stereotypes (the spoiled prom-queen, the desperate geek, the punk rocker, etc) so some of the women characters do come off a little sexist, despite the film passing the test.
