Gail Curtis is a stormchaser/blogger who comes to a small town after being contacted by Denise Gordon about the alien tornadoes.
At about 14 minutes into the movie, they meet, and they start discussing the tornado and both go after one. After that there are a few more scenes of Gail and Denise discussing the tornadoes while driving or standing around looking at one.
Another character, Kelly, also shares some scenes with Gail where they discuss the tornadoes, but those scenes are usually group discussions with the sheriff or Kelly's dad there as well.
