Plenty of named female characters (several of them Strong Female Characters) but I don't recall any of them even being in the same scene, let alone talk.

There's Léa Seydoux's "Bond Girl", the only actual character.

Then Monica Bellucci as a standard rescue/bang conquest, and... I guess Moneypenny? Last two have a couple minutes of screen time each.
