I think it passes fully, without the dubiousness. The group of women, not just Sabine, talk about losing children, and three of the other women have names. Suzanne is the 70-year-old whose breasts are discussed; she tells Sabine she'll open the trunk when she is strong enough. The German princess Palatine and Madame De Montespan (Athenais) are there and speak about losing children and death and about another woman who is not present.
Palatine tells Sabine she wants to walk with her and hear about her garden plans. Sabine responds "with pleasure, your highness." They exchange a few more non-man-related words at their next meeting.
Madame De Montespan says to Sabine that she's been eager to meet her, asks if it's her first time at Fontainebleau, and asks about her family history.
Louise is the maid and she and Sabine have qualifying conversations, but I don't think her name is mentioned in the movie (just the closed captions and credits list).
She also talks to Louis' Mistress, but not about him or any other man.
There is a scene in which Sabine meets several aristocratic woman (but only 2 of them have names) and she talks to them about something other than a man at first, although the conversation leads to them talking about her, loosing her husband and kid in the end.
