It isn't much, but seeing what other movies get passed on (i.e. What Happens in Vegas), I'd mention that there is a short bit in the beginning, where several girls discuss their soccer team being shut down by the school.

Also there are several scenes where the mother bitches at Viola about clothes and debutants and manners, although those generally end in a discussion of the brother's wherabouts.

Admittedly that's all I have.

It kind of depends on if you want to count bits where Viola is in drag. But when she's pretending to be a guy, she has a couple of conversations with Olivia about clothes and chemistry class. Also, as noted above, there are some other conversations where nobody is in drag.

I feel it's important to note that this movie is contrived Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, in which there are even fewer female characters. If anything, this film adds more female dialogue. Personally, I don't care for the role the modern Viola (Amanda Bynes) portrays in this film, because it seems to suggest that women have become no more independent than they were in the 1600's.

I agree with the comments above: Viola talks to her friends about soccer, to her mother about the debutante thing, and to Olivia about clothes and music.

This 100% passes. Even if you don't count the scenes where Viola is in drag. In one of the first scenes of the film:

Kia: Don't you think you'd get more playing time at a school like Michigan?
Viola: Maybe, but it's always been about being a Tar Heel for me.

How does THAT not pass with flying colors? The conversation even continues a bit where they discuss soccer, but those two lines are a clear pass.
