There's Mokona (a genderless creature, not human, but mostly referred to as a female), Kohane, Maru, Moro, Himawari, Doumeki's Mother (who is unnamed, and thus doesn't count), Yuko... but they don't talk to each other.
Maru and Moro are seen talking together, but not to each other, as in a real conversation. The others only talk to men, either Doumeki or Watanuki.
It's surprising, since the series is known for good representation, but this OVA doesn't pass.
