Hedwig and her female boss talk to each other about her conflicts with an (also present) male colleague, so they are talking about a man, but it is mainly about the fact that Hedwig will be fired due to her unwillingness to learn to work with new technology.
She also talks with the lady at the entrance, but in those cases a male ghost is mentioned. In one other conversation Hedwig has with her boss, she mentions her team (which consists of men).
