The conversation that I think counts. at around 1 hour 5 minutes:
Mrs Pyke: Goodnight, my dear, my bedroom is just across the corridor. If you should want me for anything, don't hesitate to call me.
Eileen Forrestor: Thank you.
Mrs Pyke: Goodnight.
Eileen: Goodnight.
It's brief, but I think it just counts.
The only other times women talk to each other are in two scenes. At around 1 hours 2 minutes, Eileen and Mrs Pyke talk, but about Sherlock Holmes, who Mrs Pyke claims arranged to meet them at the Grange, and requested Mrs Pyke to bring Eileen there (I think, I lost track of the exact details of the plot), and about a telegram from Sherlock Holmes.
Also at the very beginning two cleaning ladies complain to each other about a lavatory door they can't open, before getting someone else to help. I think only one of them is named in the movie, and I can't find either in the credits, as they are very minor characters.
