This micro-budget indie is really female driven. At the center of the film is the only male child in this family who has been severely injured in Iraq, but we never see him in the film. It is all about how the family copes. The mother and sisters in the film talk about all kinds of things, jobs, money, high school, college, exercise, fears, their relationships to each other, secrets. There is even an early scene with THREE women together in a room talking to each other about something besides a man. It's a good little film.
