The film features multiple named female characters, along with a couple of verbal interactions between Roxy and two of the other female characters. One of these interactions is a flirtatious conversation where there is also a male character present, and the other is a very brief exchange with a fellow female candidate. She also talks to Michelle Unwin on the phone, but her voice is not heard, only Michelle's response is shown.

Princess tilde also says to gazelle, oh I don't wanna die. And gazelle responds , don't worry princess we will protect you. Gazelle is a very strong character, and is the only real threat in this movie. The rest of the villains are fodder. So we have a female POC who is disabled, who is essentially the main villain of the movie.

Actually no. She isn't the main villain. Without Valentine this movie would have stopped at the 60 minute mark. She is the biggest badass in the movie, though.

Valentine is the main villain only technically. Once gazelle is gone he is fodder.

while multiple female characters are named, there is never an occasion where two of them have a conversation about something other than a man. The first female character we meet is gazelle, she slices a man in half, no other woman are present, case closed. The second female character we meet is Michele (Egsy's mother), she speaks to her daughter, but the daughter never responds, only to cry in the end of the movie while Michele holds her. This does not qualify as a conversation, case closed. The next female characters we meet are Roxy and Amelia, they both speak to Egsy about the other boys, never to each other, case closed. Gazelle does interact with the princess, but because they only speak once, this does not qualify as a conversation, case closed. Roxy also speaks to michele, but michele's response is not heard, and vice-versa. All together, the movie does not pass the test, I do not know why it is marked as passing

Actually, during the phone conversation about Eggsy's little sister, both Roxy and Michelle's sides of the conversation can be heard, just at different points in the movie with other sequences happening in between.
There's a part that shows Roxy on the mountain talking on the phone telling Michelle to put her daughter in the bathroom, then there is another scene of Michelle in her house (still on the phone) closing the door. Both of them converse with each other, and the topic is not about a man.
I think the movie skirts by, although it doesn't pass with flying colors.

Tim disagreed with the rating and said:
The conversation at the bar is about the guy negging so doesn't count.

And the phone conversation is Roxy passing on eggsy's message so is basically talking about him, i.e., eggsy says do x. They don't know each other so it must have this form so shouldn't count either.

So it should fail the third test.

Roxy asked Eggsy's mother locked his little sister in the bathroom and throw the key. Eggsy's mother did not understand why Roxy asked her to do that but she still follow Roxy's order.

As much as I love this movie and the fact that it has a really brilliant woman of color as a badass villain, only in the very strictest sense does it pass the test. The partially comes down to how you define a conversation. I do not consider the few, very brief, words spoken between the female characters to be conversation. Here's hoping the sequel will try harder.

I agree with Lloyd's assessment. This movie passes based on Roxy and Michelle's phone conversation about Michelle's daughter. It doesn't matter who asked Roxy to call Michelle.
